Middles Table
A Middles table displays data according to filter settings specified in the right panel of the page (a left button with three horizontal lines in the mobile version). See Middles_Filter.
The top panel has a number of options.
The trash icon displays previously hidden middles, if they are still valid. There you can as well unhide middles by clicking on the trash icon for the required ones.
The search field allows searching for specific teams and leagues/championships/countries. For teams, it is enough to type a team's name and press the enter key. For leagues/championships/counties please use the following command:
tournament:name
For example, for Bundesliga it will be: tournament:Bundesliga
.
The button with arrows brings the odds format converter where you can easily switch between different odds types (decimal, fractional, etc.).
The puzzle button shows information about our SureBetSlip browser extension. When installed, it helps to highlight the odds and fill-out the betslip on a bookmaker's website - for most popular bookmakers.
The graph icon displays information about the time of latest update per bookmaker.
Finally, the question mark icon provides general information on middles.
Next goes the total number of middles found. It also includes middles in sublists for events. Press on the "+ N middles for this event" link to display sublists.
As you can see from the image above, the table has 6 columns: Profit, Bookmaker, Start Time (the column with black triangles), Event, Market, and Odds. Although the layout of the desktop version differs from the mobile one, all the data that we describe below is present in both of them. Compare:
We will explain the table using the desktop version as an example.
The Profit and Start time columns allow sorting in the ascending and descending order. In the mobile version sorting can only be set in Middles_Filter.
The Profit column has the following black values in it: Expected value, Middle odds, and Estimated probability of middle hit. If it is a no-risk middle with guaranteed profit, it is labeled as MAX and then the expected value and middle odds are not displayed for it. The red number is for profit or loss (with a minus sign) in case of missing a middle (when only one bet wins), and the green number - profit with a middle hit (when two bets win). In the desktop verion you can hover the mouse over a value to get a tip about its meaning.
Two important features can be found in this column: a middle calculator and a trash bin. The trash button allows hiding the given middle, or the given market, or the given event for each of the bookmakers.
The calculator displays all the figures that are taken into account: odds, commission (if specified), stake amount, currency, conversion rate, and distribution of profit.
A middle can have a yellow label - it means that bookmakers' rules differ and this middle has the risk of losing money. If you do not wish to see such middles, you can disable them in Filter_Settings. A red label is possible too - it signalizes that the event is starting soon and you need to hurry up.
The Bookmaker column contains the names of bookmakers to which the bets pertain, as well as the sport category. Bookmaker's names are clickable: they will take you to the main page of the bookmaker's website.
The Start time column displays the date and time for the event. Sometimes the time of bets may not coincide: it can either be a bookmaker's or scanner's mistake. Therefore before placing a bet, always double-check that the event is the same for bets involved.
The Event column states the names of teams/players, as well as the event (league/championship). Upon clicking the link, you will be taken to the event page on the bookmaker's website.
In the Market column you can find the market/line for the bet. If you hover the mouse over it, there will appear a pop-up with market description. (Read more about Markets)
The Odds column specifies odds for the bets. It may also contain additional information: a bookmaker's commission is given in brackets, and for betting exchanges the stake limit and the lay odds are indicated too.
If you have a SureBetSlip extension installed, it will allow pre-filling the betslip and highlighting the odds on the bookmaker's website once you click on the odds link (for a part of bookmakers). The button with an arrow will open all the involved bets with a single click.
